Apollo Select is an online candidate assessment system for use in recruitment and selection. HR staff and line managers responsible for recruitment simply add details of their applicants/candidates to the system. They then add the various competencies that are being assessed and weight them appropriately. Candidates complete the regular Apollo Personality Questionnaire online. The candidate scores for the Apollo Profile will show up in the Apollo Select System. Managers then add the candidate's scores in the other areas that have been assessed and track everything inside of Apollo Select. Once everything has been assessed (or even before), managers are able to view all candidates who applied for the position on one screen with their scores for each area of assessment colour coded.

Step 1: Set up your job.
Step 2: Choose weightings and ratings.
Step 3: Choose essential, desirable and irrelevant Apollo Profile characteristics.
Step 4: Add custom skills and qualifications.
Step 5: Select candidates for assessment.
Step 6: Candidates complete Apollo and management rate candidates on custom skills and qualifications.
Step 7: Produce report based on selection criteria with candidates rank ordered by score/match to job.
Apollo Select usually sells for thousands of US dollars! For a trial period however, we are making this invaluable tool available on a subscription basis to our Asia and Middle East clients. Note that if and when we remove the option of a subscription package, clients who are at that time subscribed will be able to continue to enjoy Apollo Select under subscription. New clients and those who cancelled their subscription will need to purchase Apollo Select at the market rate at that time. NOte that the subscription is for the special Select System.
